When we make our Gelato we use ingredients in the natural way.
We use no preservatives, or no (NEVER) premix powders !
From the careful roasting of hazelnuts, to thesweet smell of strawberries, almost everything where possible is made in-house by our team of passionate professionals... using natural ingredients, we achieve full flavour in our gelato.
Our dairy flavours have low fat content because we use less cream, and our sorbets are fat free, dairy free and full of fresh fruit ( up to the 50% !! ).
Our inspiration is derived from both our Italian heritage and a history in the food business.
We have one goal for GelatoRoma, to be the best in New Zealand. To do that, we will not compromise on quality, and our product is made fresh on the premises daily.
Offering a diverse range up to 50 flavours, and we make to order a number of gelato cakes and single serve pieces.
